Photographer Patrick Harrison has been busy shooting for the charity Thames Reach recently, documenting the fantastic work the charity does for homeless people in London.Thames Reach is a London based charity helping homeless and vulnerable people to find homes and lead fulfilling lives. Their vision is to end street homelessness forever.

Patrick has been working with Thames Reach for a number of years now and in this time he said he has been lucky enough to meet many amazing hardworking people, determined to improve the lives of London's homeless. This recent project was shot over two days across London, visiting people in hostels, places of work, at home and on the streets.
