EMMA STONER / LPA PRODUCTION / BELLWAY

Emma Stoner and LPA Production recently headed up North to capture a range of stills and direct video for Bellway’s Homes’ new national rebrand, led by Wolff Olins. The three-day shoot took place in Newcastle-based show homes, close to Bellway’s HQ, featuring a real family alongside models cast by LPA Production each commissioned in line with a comprehensive customer personas project which took place alongside the rebrand and showed families all engaging in everyday home activities (including a flour angel… messy!). The brief was all about documentary style images with family at the heart which Emma does perfectly.

LPA handled every aspect of production, bringing together a top North East crew, casting local talent (a lot of child licences — if you know, you know), managing travel and accommodation, and overseeing all T&Cs. A special shoutout to Daniel Lillie, who came on board as DOP and worked seamlessly alongside Emma for the film “what makes a place feel like home?” with the idea of home being the container of memories and a place that you can really belong.

The shoot resulted in a strong bank of images and video content for Bellway Homes to use across the business, providing key assets for use across all media platforms for their national brand refresh which went live in March. It was a real team effort, with a large crew and lots of moving parts, thanks to everyone involved for such a fun and collaborative process.
