Alexis Ko recently shot a festive food story for The Telegraph Magazine’s Most Delicious Christmas, bringing award-winning food writer Diana Henry’s seasonal recipes to life. The shoot captured a mouth-watering spread including smoked scallop salad, roast goose with sweet and sour fruit, and a show-stopping caramelised orange and marmalade trifle.
Shot over two days at Penda Studios, the project brought together a brilliant team: recipes by Diana Henry, food styling by Kitty Coles, prop styling by Victoria Twyman, art direction by Harry Winfield and Amy Bryant, with Andy Greenacre as picture editor, and assistance from Azeem Sher.
