LPA FUTURES '26 PARTNERS INTERVIEWS / PRODUCTION PARADISE
It’s officially the month we announce our LPA Futures ’26 winners (woohoo), and we can’t wait to share the incredible talent discovered through this year’s competition.
Thanks to one of our brilliant partners, Production Paradise, each winner will receive a feature in either their Spotlight or Showcase magazine alongside a two-year international directory listing and global promotion across their newsletter and social channels. Ahead of this, we spoke to Juste Montvilaite, Marketing and Operations Manager at Production Paradise, to talk all things PP…
Production Paradise is a global platform built to help commercial photographers and production teams get seen by the clients they genuinely want to work with. Through a thoughtfully curated directory, digital magazines and a worldwide network of agencies, brands and producers, their focus is simple: connecting brilliant talent with the people looking to commission it.
This prize does exactly that. With a Showcase feature and an international directory listing, the winners’ work is placed directly in front of art buyers, creative directors and producers who are actively on the lookout for new voices — offering key visibility to each winner.
We caught up with Juste Montvilaite, Marketing & Operations Manager at Production Paradise, to learn a bit more…
LPA: Can you start by introducing Production Paradise and what you do?
PP: Production Paradise is a global platform that helps commercial photographers and production teams get discovered by the clients they want to work with. We run a curated directory, publish digital magazines, and connect creatives with agencies, brands, and producers around the world. Our focus is simple - helping great talent get seen by the people who hire.
LPA: In your own words, how do you think your prize will benefit the winners?
PP: The prize offers something every emerging photographer needs, proper visibility in front of the right crowd. A directory listing and a Showcase UK feature put their work directly in front of art buyers, creative directors, and producers who regularly commission commercial projects. It is a chance to be seen, not just in passing, but in a space where people are actively looking for talent.
LPA: How important do you think it is for emerging photographers to advertise on professional directories like yours?
PP: For emerging photographers, visibility is half the battle. Professional directories give them a place where clients can actually find them, compare portfolios, and understand what they specialise in. Social media is great for reach, but directories put them in a professional context, right next to the kind of peers clients already trust. It signals that they are open for business and ready for commercial work, which can make a real difference early in their careers.
Stay tuned to our socials to see who the next three winners are when we reveal them at the end of the month!
