TOM HARRISON / ITSU

Tom Harrison recently took on an extraordinary campaign, photographing world-renowned chef Monica Galetti in a stunning after-hours shoot at The British Museum.

The project celebrated ITSU’s collaboration with the museum, offering a unique dining experience where solo diners were invited to enjoy a special meal in the Japan Room featuring dishes made with ITSU’s new range of instant noodles and broths, developed in partnership with Monica herself.

Tom captured a beautiful mix of portraits and storytelling lifestyle imagery, from intimate shots of Monica in the iconic museum setting to wider scenes that brought the collaboration to life.

It was a technically complex shoot, balancing multiple elements in every frame: the talent, the product, and the breathtaking location. Tom used a blend of ambient light and strobes to create a soft, atmospheric feel, introducing subtle cool tones in the shadows to evoke the magic of nighttime. The result is a refined, cinematic series that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of this one-of-a-kind campaign.
