Longboys, so named because of their unusual shape, (long and straight instead of round), are made with a lighter brioche base and filled with beautiful and fresh ingredients which change according to whats in season.
The duo behind Longboys are former Group Pastry Chef for the Hakkasan group, Graham Hornigold, and Heather Kaniuk, former Executive Pastry Chef at the Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La at the Shard, so it’s safe to say they know a thing or two about sweet treats!
Tim captured a bank of imagery for the pair, showcasing the beautiful doughnuts as well as capturing portraits of the founders. Amazing work!
