This Spring I have been working on the Spring / Summer edition of Riverford’s Veg & Table Magazine. The front cover features a photo of Ed, pictured harvesting tomatoes in the Wash Farm polytunnels. The picture was taken in the summer season last year, when the tomatoes were fresh & ripe.

Issue number 02 features farm stories for 'A Day in the Life of an Organic Farmer'. I met vegetable growers at Lyburn Farm and Wash Farm at Riverford. There's also a special feature on Riverford Dairy. It was fun to meet the team here, along with a herd of 200 cows!

Veg & Table 02 also features a food shoot with Sarah Raisbeck. The theme is summer picnics and the article ‘A Moveable Feast’ featured some of Sarah’s favourite recipes to pack in a bag for an outdoor adventure. We shot this story at some of our favourite locations in Devon - Brent Tor, Bolberry Down and Staverton.
