LPA Photographers / Alice Whitby / The Telegraph / Black Cow Vodka

LPA photographer Alice Whitby has been continuing her long standing relationship with The Telegraph recently, capturing images for their ‘Best of British’ feature.

Alice travelled to Dorset to meet and photograph Diary Farmer Jason Barber who together with Paul Archard, started Black Cow Vodka in 2012. Black Cow Vodka is the only vodka made entirely from grass-grazed cows milk and is said to result in an ‘exceptionally smooth vodka with a unique creamy character’!

Visiting the distillery where Black Cow produce as many as 2000 bottles of vodka a day during their busiest periods, Alice captured images of the founders as well as some of the beautiful dairy cows themselves!

Alice said that the thing that really surprised her during this shoot was the the relationship Founder Jason had with his cows. She said ‘they were very wary of me but were very happy crowding around Jason while I took his portrait!’

Amazing work Alice!
