LPA was founded in 2002 by Lisa Pritchard, representing just a handful of photographers. The agency is now one of the UK’s most established photographers agents and shoot producers, also representing cinematographers. Having produced thousands of shoots for major brands over the years it now also incorporates several other divisions, including a full-service production agency, LPA Production.

Aside from providing a friendly, flexible and professional service, LPA is also known for several original initiatives including LPA Futures, Pop Up Agent and Portfolio Reviews.

With a full-time core team, but affiliations with the best shoot suppliers and industry contacts globally, LPA can assist with any and all of your photography and moving image needs!

LISA / FOUNDER & OWNER

There's no LPA without Lisa Pritchard, who founded the agency 21 years ago and has been the brains behind the operation ever since. Lisa is responsible for overseeing all shoot production, estimating, acquiring new talent, maintaining relationships with everyone within the LPA sphere and everything in between. When she’s not busy being the LP in the LPA you can usually find her riding her horse Eros.

JESS / MARKETING & PR

Resident Northerner (yes she does make a cracking cup of tea) Jess handles all things Marketing and PR. From curating content for social media and the blog to creating new connections with potential clients and keeping LPA at the forefront, she’s come a long way from her days of working in the local chippy.

Rum and raisin, reminds me of mumsy!

CHLOE / PRODUCER

Production extraordinaire Chloe has been at LPA for the past 4 years, she is known for her industry contacts, fabulous co-ordinating skills and love of 3pm choccy buiscuits (digestives are her fave). If she isn’t cooking up a storm on set you can find her mooring her barge boat down The Thames, all aboard the Chloe boat!

GEORGINA / ACCOUNTS

LPA’s very own Carol Vorderman AKA Georgina is known for all things numbers and it’s safe to say she knows her way around an invoice. Bromley-born Georgina has been handling LPA’s figures for 21 years (that’s a lot of maths) so you could say she's part of the furniture now!

Favourite alcoholic beverage?

Champagne of course!
